  • Is MagicPin® free to download?
    Yes, it's free to download and create an account. Once you're in the app, you can select which subscription best fits your needs.
  • Is this just a collection page?
    No. You can showcase your collection digitally, while being able to buy, sell or trade through the MagicPin® Marketplace. Our goal is to connect Disney pin collectors all over the world.
  • Why is my pin not pulling up in the database?
    Despite having an extremely robust database, sometimes a pin may not be recognized. If this happens, our team will research and add it for the next user. Yay for team work!
  • How do I enter MagicPin’s monthly giveaways?
    The easiest way is to become a Bronze, Silver or Gold member. Read the full terms and conditions here: https://www.magicpinapp.com/giveaway-rules
  • Which subscription option is the best for me?
    The choice is yours! All subscriptions give you VIP access to premium features. The main differences are the number of FREE accumulating entries you get each month, the indicator on your profile, and the unlocked boards with accompanying pin slots. Among our current users, Silver is the most popular, while Gold offers the best value.
  • What does “automatic, accumulating entries” mean?
    As a premium subscriber, your entries increase each month based on your membership level. For example, Gold members start with 25 entries in the first month, 50 the next, 75 the following, and so on. Bronze members start with 3 entries, then 6 the next month, and continue to grow until the subscription is cancelled.
  • What happens if I cancel my subscription?
    If you cancel your subscription, any accumulated entries will reset to zero. So, if you’ve earned 100 entries a month, cancel, and then rejoin later, you’ll start fresh as a new subscriber.
  • Does MagicPin® actually give away prizes?
    Yes, we do! Our winners are Disney fans and pin lovers just like you. We post our winners each month and tag their accounts (when possible) so you know they’re real people. Who knows, you could be next!
  • I’ve never traded pins remotely before. Is it safe?
    We offer two options for remote pin trading: direct-to-user and third-party verification. While most users are trustworthy, we recommend using third-party verification for added security This ensures pins are confirmed before you receive them, preventing potential issues.
  • Why does MagicPin® charge a fee for marketplace purchases and third-party verification?
    The marketplace fee covers PayPal’s transactions costs, while the third-party verification fee includes packaging, shipping and handling. As a startup, we can’t absorb these costs yet - thanks for your understanding!
